Macross (マクロス, Makurosu^?) is a long-running series of science fiction anime, created by Shoji Kawamori of Studio Nue in 1982. The franchise features a fictional Earth History after the year 1999. The franchise title features three TV series, three movies, four OVAs, and 2 manga series. The Macross II OVA carries the Macross title; however, it was not produced by Studio Nue.

Within the series, the term Macross is used to denote the main capital ship. This theme began with the first Macross, the SDF-1 Macross.

Overtechnology refers to the scientific advances discovered in an alien starship (Alien Star Ship - One later renamed Super Dimension Fortress - One Macross) that crashed on South AtariaSpace Fold. island. With this technology, Earth developed mechas (variable fighters and destroids), starships and many other advanced technology like the faster-than-light drive

Macross Saga...

Macross atau Super Dimension Fortress Macross adalah sebuah anime (kartun dari jepun) yang sangat popular dalam era 80an. Ketika saya di darjah 4, anime ini memang ditunggu-tunggu apabila hari Sabtu tiba. Sehingga ketika ini, anime ini masih ada kesinambungannya dan masih menjadi bualan terutamanya mereka yang lahir pada tahun 80an.

Cerita asal Macross bermula dengan 36 siri TV, siri yang paling memberikan kesan jika sesiapa yang pernah menontonnya satu ketika dulu. Jalan cerita yang mantap, robot-robot yang canggih serta lagu-lagu yang sedap antara kekuatan utama siri ini. Bermula dengan siri ini, Macross terus berkembang dengan beberapa filem & siri yang lain.

Sempena ulangtahun Macross yang ke-25 (1982-2007), saya bina blog ini untuk berkongsi aparan semua maklumat mengenai anime kegemaran saya ini. Anda semua akan tahu apakah yang terlalu istimewa dengan anime ini pada posting-posting yang akan datang...
